Yes—any improvements to the exterior of your home must first be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). To request approval, simply log in to your resident account on PayHOA.com and submit your application. Be sure to include your plans and all relevant details so the committee can review your request quickly and accurately.

You should have received an onboarding email from PayHOA.com when you first moved into the neighborhood. If you do not have a login or have misplaced it, please email theboard@fourtreesestateshoa.com and provide your most up to date contact information.
Per our community bylaws, second dwellings separate from the main house are not permitted. This includes living in an RV located on your property. Doing so is a violation of HOA rules. If you have any questions or need clarification, please email us at theboard@fourtreesestateshoa.com.

The Yard of the Month award celebrates residential properties in Four Trees Estates that exemplify beauty, creativity, and pride of ownership.
Selection Process & Eligibility
Award winners are chosen based on the official judging criteria, which emphasize a manicured lawn, overall beautification, originality, and creativity. Yard upkeep may be completed by the homeowners themselves or by a professional landscaper.
Judging Criteria
Properties are evaluated based on curb appeal as viewed from the street. Factors include, but are not limited to:
From April through October, the ACC Committee will recognize one residential yard each month that best showcases uniqueness, beauty, curb appeal, and compliance with community guidelines.
