Yes—any improvements to the exterior of your home must first be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). To request approval, simply log in to your resident account on PayHOA.com and submit your application. Be sure to include your plans and all relevant details so the committee can review your request quickly and accurately.

You should have received an onboarding email from PayHOA.com when you first moved into the neighborhood. If you do not have a login or have misplaced it, please email theboard@fourtreesestateshoa.com and provide your most up to date contact information. 

Per our community bylaws, second dwellings separate from the main house are not permitted. This includes living in an RV located on your property. Doing so is a violation of HOA rules. If you have any questions or need clarification, please email us at theboard@fourtreesestateshoa.com.

The Yard of the Month award celebrates residential properties in Four Trees Estates that exemplify beauty, creativity, and pride of ownership.

Selection Process & Eligibility
Award winners are chosen based on the official judging criteria, which emphasize a manicured lawn, overall beautification, originality, and creativity. Yard upkeep may be completed by the homeowners themselves or by a professional landscaper.

• The award term lasts one calendar month (1st–last day).
• The same property may receive the award no more than twice in a 12-month period, with at least six months between awards.
• Winners must be members in good standing—current on dues and free of HOA covenant violations.
• Awards granted mid-month will conclude at the end of that month.
• While holding the title, winners are expected to maintain their yard to the same standard that earned them the award.
• Winners will receive a gift certificate.
• Board members and HOA officers are not eligible.

Judging Criteria
Properties are evaluated based on curb appeal as viewed from the street. Factors include, but are not limited to:

• Overall tidiness and neatness of front and side yards
• Well-pruned and trimmed trees and shrubs
• Lawns that are edged, defined, and free of bare spots or excessive weeds
• Grass mowed and trimmed around foundations and fences
• Walkways, driveways, and curbs edged and free of dirt, weeds, and debris
